Exchange and refund

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, in compliance with article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 clear days with effect from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, then you have a period of 14 clear days to return the products ordered, at your own expense, in exchange for a refund. 

You can choose to exchange the product for another one or to obtain a full refund of the amount you paid for this product (excluding shipping and processing costs for payment by credit card). 

Regardless of the solution you choose, incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled products will not be refunded or exchanged. Likewise, refunds will only be accepted if the products carry their original label which is still attached, and if the bottom still has its protective sticker which is provided for hygiene purposes. 

If you have opted for a reimbursement, we will send you an e-mail to confirm the processing of your reimbursement within a period of fourteen days (14) with effect from receipt of the returned product. 

Exchanges only concern products with different sizes. If you would like to return your product for a difference product (colour, model, etc.), this is considered to be an exchange procedure without reimbursement if the price is the same and a reimbursement procedure and a new purchase if the price is not the same.

To return yours products, you must inform us by e-mail at the following adress : contact@maillot-soraya.com and include your contact details, your order number and the references of the products ordered. 

We will thus reimbursement you for the price of the product, excluding shipping costs, within a period of thirty days (30) taking effect from the date on which you have exercised your right of withdrawal. The reimbursement will be made using the same card which you used to place your order. 

To be reimbursed, please place the product in its original packaging with all the accessories and user information supplied with the product, making sure that it is correctly protected, and return it, together with the dispatch note, to the following address :

Please note that you must bear the expenses incurred for returning the products. 

Any order which is not received must be declared by the customer within a maximum period of 60 working days to take effect from the maximum time specified for delivery of products, by e-mail to contact@maillot-soraya.com. Upon receipt of the e-mail declaring that the order was not received, "Soraya" will open an inquiry with the transporter concerned.
