What to do if a product is faulty or defective?

Can I return my item?

  • The withdrawal period has not been exceeded (14 days after receipt of the package).

Are you responsible for the return costs?

In case of product return, only the price of the returned product(s) will be refunded. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless we make an error.

How long does it take to get a refund?

The returned item will be reimbursed within a maximum of 14 days from its receipt by Mailot Soraya's customer service to the bank account with which the order was paid. We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your package and the total or partial refund of your order.

By what means of payment are you reimbursed?

You will be reimbursed, upon receipt and validation by our after-sales service of the returned product(s), as soon as possible, via the payment method used at the time of your purchase.

Is it possible to return a Soraya product purchased outside the website?

We only accept returns of products that were purchased on our e-commerce site. If you wish to return an item from another store, please contact the shop or the salesperson in question.
